SHIPPING POLICY

Our current shipping prices are NZ wide, specified at checkout and are calculated based on weight. 0-2kg - $8.00

For oversized orders please contact us!

  • International shipping can be arranged, please contact us for a quote. There is no GST (tax) charged on goods shipped overseas.

  • Orders received after 9.00am will be shipped the next business day.  Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Our aim is to have your order to you within 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Please allow extra time for a rural delivery address OR if items are not in stock and need to be sent from our supplier, in this case we will inform you via email if your item will delayed.  Delivery over the Christmas period and statutory holidays may be delayed. Please also note orders are processed Monday to Friday.  If you have specific delivery information - including authority to leave or sign on delivery instructions, please include these in the comments section of your order.

  • Please note: Non NZ Post Courier deliveries can not be left at PO Box addresses, a physical address is required.

  • Please note: Firearms, Ammunition and other consumables in the Firearm Range must be collected in store where a current Firearms License must be sighted and recorded as per the Firearms Policy. These Items will NOT be shipped.

RETURNS

We hope you are very happy with your purchase.  However, if you have some problem with your delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by telephone or email. Regular priced goods need to be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags intact, within 14 days of purchase in order to receive an exchange or refund.  Sale items in store and online are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange so please choose carefully.  Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be provided.  When returning items please use a secure postage method that can be tracked. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.​  We reserve the right not to refund your product simply because you have 'changed your mind'.

Prices published are for the stock advertised at the time of publication and we will endeavor to keep pricing up to date. Prices on this website are effective at the time of publication and are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.  Errors do occur from time to time. We apologise for any price discrepancies in advance. All products and prices are published in good faith.
